In 1989, Annie Withey co-founded Annie’s Homegrown. In 2014, she sold the company to General Mills for $820M. And while a lot has changed in the last thirty years, one thing remains constant — the company’s continued mission to cultivate a healthier, happier world by spreading goodness through nourishing foods, honest words and conduct that is considerate and forever kind to the planet. That’s why we teamed up with Publix to spread this message, helping parents and children alike to see why Annie’s snacks (and mission) is something everyone can get behind.
